Improvements at King City

Canada in recent years have played most of their home matches at Maple Leaf CC, King City. The ground, situated north of Toronto, hosts turf pitches as well as matting but has fallen below the ideal standard for international cricket in recent years. One of the major issues is poor drainage, and it appears that, based on the Toronto District Cricket Association Facebook page, that work is underway to remedy this. The TDCA is to be congratulated on this initiative, and it is to be hoped that work will continue on the facility to bring it up to a level where Canada can be proud of playing there.
