Nitish posted on facebook: “Felt fantastic to get back out there after 14 months! Not the result we wanted, and fair to say we left some out there.”

In post-game interviews Leeward Islands Hurricanes captain Montcin Hodge said “He’s a good player. He’s from Canada and we’re glad to have him here.” Windward Islands Volcanoes captain Sunil Ambris added “I thought his was one of the better 100s (centuries) I’ve seen in local 50 over cricket.”
