The final match of the NCL allstar series took place today in Toronto, with the Allstars leveling the series with a comprehensive win. The AllStars batted first, and a good opening partnership of 58 between Bastiampillai (28) and Cheema (28) got them off to a good start. They had trouble maintaining the tempo after the openers were dismissed, with Nazar taking two wickets and Kamyuka one. Kieran Ottley made a quick 28 to boost the final total before being well caught in the outfield, and Hansra contributed 22* as the Allstars made 149-5.
Aulakh again struggled with his direction but after 3 wides he removed Shah caught at mid-on in the second over. This started a spectacular collapse from the Canadian squad. Only Bagai (27) showed much resistance as they fell to 79 all out, Baghan taking 5/11.
