United Cricket Academy Under-15 team, captained by Canada Under-17 international Arsalan Khan, beat Australasia Cricket Academy Under-15 team by eight wickets in the Toronto and District Cricket Association’s Under-15 Championship Final at Sunnybrook Park (Toronto) on Labour Day Monday (September 1, 2014). Australasia C.A. U15s scored 74/8 from 20 overs then United C.A. U15s replied with 75/2 from 16.1 overs. The game was played on the artificial pitch of Sunnybrook Park’s north ground. Australasia Cricket Academy Under-17s beat Ghaznavi U17s by 10 runs in the U17 championship. Australasia defended a total of 100 all out from 20 overs, bowling out Ghaznavi for 90 in the course of a final over that saw wickets tumble in as the later batsmen tried to pull off a win. Ontario Cricket Academy & Club U19 beat Mississauga Ramblers U19 in Monday’s Final of the Toronto & District Cricket Association’s junior playoffs.   The TDCA U13 Final saw Quasra Sports U13’s beat Markham Cricket Academy U13.
