Not really a big game against USA. Beat CI and Bermuda twice and they're through. Of course, weather can upset those plans. Surely, they should make up abandoned games on days off! With two teams qualifying should be a walkover for ICC International XI...Oops! I mean "Team USA" ;) ;) ...and Canada....

The host country team AUTOMATICALLY gets in. Before anything, gotta persuade organizers to even let cricket
into their games (host organizers have a lot of discretion here). If they don't want it, NO cricket for anyone!
