Seemingly cancelled on very short notice for the players and officials involved. It was supposed to be streamed worldwide. I guess there were no contracts in place? With no other information it seems strange to me.

I’m really disappointed at the low scores. 159/10 and 102/10. The batting is not as good as the bowling. Plenty of very low scores and not batting out the 50 overs. The highest score of the tournament was 240. You need over 300 internationally don’t you?

FCPL T20 is the poor man's version of GT20. I fail to see why the organizers think it is a good idea but at least it offers a chance to watch some cricket with Canadian content in a month when the sport is usually going into hibernation. The squads are on the tournament FB and fplt20.com. The icon players aren’t that exciting.

Kind if exciting to watch the scorecards on the app but I wish I could watch or at least see some highlights.

Ray are you a weatherman? The first game abandoned. And I think not streamed at least on youtube.

Teams are out for the National HP Championship. Dutta is in! Kirton is not. Most Canada guys seem to be there so it actually is High Performance.
