Looking at the 2018 TDCA schedule there doesn't seem to be a discernible break in July in the Super 9 schedule for players to participate in the Global T20 Canada tournament. The ICC apparently intends to hold a second World T20 in as many years in 2021. They will probably have to turn around and hold the qualifiers for 2021 before the 2020 tournament is even held. #MakeItUpAsYouGo
