Canada win by 208 runs and actually won the tournament except for…well, y’know. On to the global qualifier! I’d have liked to have seen them use different openers today to give others time in the middle and maybe start a couple of backup players.

^ Have to wonder how much of this team will play in the global qualifier. Will Kumar and/or Dutta return? Were there players overseas (Abraash Khan?) that were not included for Antigua because of quarantine restrictions?

Don't think Hiral Patel did enough to be included going forward. He wasn't even initially listed in the squad. And was Rishiv Joshi in the team for the Panama match? What's with the additional players?

According to wikipedia, Pathan had the most runs in the tournament and the Argentina captain had the most wickets. In other words, the most wickets was not a Canadian or an ODI status American.

I haven't seen it mentioned elsewhere but Wickets says Canada will play in Group A of the 2023 T20 Global Qualifier in Oman, February 2022. Two teams advance. COVID permitting, of course.
