Very interesting results in the Challenge League Playoff:
Super sixes :
Kuwait, Tanzania 4 points
Italy, Bahrain 2 points
Bermuda, Vanuatu 0 points

Malaysia out of ICC 50 over competitions, Saudi Arabia still excluded for now. Both will be fine however, given the active regions in which they play.

As for the first tri-series of the 2024-26 CWC League 2 in Nepal. Namibia took 3 wins, Netherlands 2 wins and Nepal a single win.
And this was a slightly stronger Nepal side than the one that beat Canada 3-0 in the bilateral series. Tough road ahead for Canada ...

Kuwait Tanzania Italy and Bahrain through to the Challenge League. Daniel Beswick, a host of Emerging Cricket and an Australian, pronounced it Tan-ZAN-ya :?:

As Timmyj mentioned, Bermuda are very weak. Of course, they didn’t win a game in the last challenge league. It would be good to have Canada Emerging play some games v Bermuda. Also some more tier two comps. Leverock complaining about not getting franchise gigs. I mean…guy…

So, 3 of the 4 of the initial Challenge League participants are relegated including the only remaining Americas representation. Two more members of Asian (and Arabian) region are promoted as well as another East African team. Based on the results, the next Challenge League will be more competitive with some much stronger incoming teams. PNG, Jersey, and Uganda would be among the early favourites. Kuwait may also prove to be a rising team.
