USA to host Ireland

The series if T20s and ODIs is for Ireland to prepare for Superleague games against WI. PDP on cricinfo lists a big series of problems in USA cricket. Is the ICC support not very big? I wish Canada could get a couple of games in. Make it a tri series!

Not only the Irish senior team but its U-19 team will be coming as well!
Anyone guess who's paying for this? Hint: not Irish or USACricket!
Will ICC foot the bill for a full member to visit Canada?
ICC continues to just piss in CC's face....
