Nepal 'A' wins the 2nd 50 over match by 2 wickets with 5 balls to spare. Some good performances by Johnson, Wiyerjarate, Dhaliwal and Movva with the bat. Nice to see Movva coming along. However, it a loss to Nepal's 2nd string.
Ammar Khalid was the opening bowler for Canada. As Kaleem Sana was named in the Nepal tour, it would appear he is injured and Jeremy Gordon is also unavailable. That does not inspire confidence as Canada chose not to use Khalid in the crucial Playoff Qualifier last year and he only has a couple of List A matches under his belt. The team might be going to UAE short on a pace attack.

Kirton bowling an entire spell. 10-0-37-2. Also, Sana also in the attack and getting good numbers.

I'm pleased to be wrong about Sana's availability, though I am still surprised they waited until their final prep match to give him his first outing of the year.
Kirton surprised with an all-round performance. I expect his 10 overs will be the exception but good that he put up another fifty.
Harsh Thaker's usual contribution to the batting is sorely missed. Hope he can make the adjustment quickly.
What lineup will Canada send out in the UAE ? Johnson, Dhaliwal, Kirton, bin Zafar, Sana, Heyliger and Thaker would seem to be locks. Which of Singh, Movva and Wijeyeratne will play ?
