CC is set to conduct online training for High Performance coaches. Two in each province, I think? There might be a vision for level one coaching training in the future. Maybe JSMunn can elaborate?

This is the first step of putting in place a Canada wide high performance programme. The idea here is to educate and improve the coaching skills available in every province to assist in the development of potential national team players in both mens and women's programmes. There is work going on to put in place coaching modules integrated with the NCCP programme ( - the community level module has been in place for a while now, with the next phase, competition nearly complete.
There is of course much to do in these areas but progress is being made.
