Voting will be by provincial delegates, carry a number of votes depending on the number of clubs in their province (Ontario, BC and Alberta 4; Quebec and Saskatchewan 2; Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, PEI, Manitoba 1; total 21). Notable in his absence is Roy Singh, who publicly declared his candidacy.
