Join NTCA for the coming Cricket Season
\n\u2022\tThe NTCA Executive plans to bring the gentlemanliness back to the game, financial transparency and fair competitive play
\n\u2022\tReduce your cost to play cricket with lower membership fees and receive financial rewards depending on playoff finish.
\n\u2022\tT20 Competition will be played at Maple Leaf Cricket Club. Games to start at 10 am
\n\u2022\tElite Forty Overs Competition will be played at Maple Leaf Cricket Club.
\n\u2022\tFifty percent of the Premier games will be played at MLCC.
\n
\n\u2022\tNTCA will provide one cricket ball per team for each regular season and playoffs game, and arrange for Umpires. Umpiring fees will be announced by the end of February
\n\u2022\tAll Teams will be responsible for entering their game statistics and results in a computerized system
\n\u2022\tForty Over Games to begin at 1:30 pm in May, June and July. There will be an earlier start time in August.
\n\u2022\tMatch Play Rules and Playoff Format will be available at the end of February
\nAdditional Details
\n1)\tColoured Clothing and white balls will be used for all NTCA games
\n2)\tElite Division currently planned to be capped at eight (8) Teams in year one
\n3)\tAll Elite games will be played at MLCC. Turf will be used from the end of June (approximate)
\n4)\tThe Premier Division is currently planned to be capped at 24 teams for 2011
\n5)\tThe Premier Division will consist of 3 conferences, with eight teams in each conference; teams will be grouped by areas (Eastern Conference, Central Conference and Western Conference).
\n6)\t Number of T20 teams will be capped at Twenty (20), and divided into two conferences. All games will be scheduled at MLCC
\n7)\tStart date for the cricket season and competitions will be May 28, 2011
\n8)\tThe end of regular season (T20 – End of July \u2013 40 Over, End of August)
\n9)\tPlayoffs will be in Early September
\nFees and Rewards
\n1)\tRegistration Fees of $1000 per team is required with each application
\n2)\tRewards will be offered to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place finishers in the playoffs
\n3)\tElite Division fees will be $3500.
\n4)\tPremier Division Fees will be $3200.
\n5)\tT20 Fees will be $1800.
\n6)\tT20 competition, First, Second and Third place Playoff finishers will receive ($2000, $1500, $1000) respectively.
\n7)\tForty over Elite Division First, Second and Third place Playoff finishers will receive playoff prize $3,500, $2500, $1000 respectively
