Games to start at 10 am<br \/>\n\u2022\tElite Forty Overs Competition will be played at Maple Leaf Cricket Club.<br \/>\n\u2022\tFifty percent of the Premier games will be played at MLCC.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n\u2022\tNTCA will provide one cricket ball per team for each regular season and playoffs game, and arrange for Umpires. Umpiring fees will be announced by the end of February<br \/>\n\u2022\tAll Teams will be responsible for entering their game statistics and results in a computerized system<br \/>\n\u2022\tForty Over Games to begin at 1:30 pm in May, June and July. There will be an earlier start time in August.<br \/>\n\u2022\tMatch Play Rules and Playoff Format will be available at the end of February<br \/>\nAdditional Details<br \/>\n1)\tColoured Clothing and white balls will be used for all NTCA games<br \/>\n2)\tElite Division currently planned to be capped at eight (8) Teams in year one<br \/>\n3)\tAll Elite games will be played at MLCC. Turf will be used from the end of June (approximate)<br \/>\n4)\tThe Premier Division is currently planned to be capped at 24 teams for 2011<br \/>\n5)\tThe Premier Division will consist of 3 conferences, with eight teams in each conference; teams will be grouped by areas (Eastern Conference, Central Conference and Western Conference).<br \/>\n6)\t Number of T20 teams will be capped at Twenty (20), and divided into two conferences.
