Photo from Facebook<\/p><\/div>Congratulations to the Canadian Over 50 squad who overcame a series of losses to win their final two matches and capture 5th place at the Over 50 World Cup by beating South Africa.
\nSouth Africa Over-50s 128 all out (44.5 over) lost to Canada Over-50s 129\/4 (31 or so overs). Roy Singh top-scored for Canada with 58*, sharing a third wicket stand of 81 with Shantha Jayasekera (39 runs). Rohan Jayaskera 17* hit most of the remaining runs after 2 wickets fell with Canada on Nelson – 111. <\/p>\n
