\nOne game is in progress and will end before Canada and the UAE take the field for a night game in Abu Dhabi: Oman (currently: Won 4, Lost 1, NRR 1.388) won the toss and decided Jersey would bat first. A win would move Oman to 5 wins and seal both first place in Group B and a place in next year\u2019s T20 World Cup in Australia. \nHong Kong fired quick runs to beat Nigeria (Won 0, Lost 6, NRR -4.673) early on Sunday (27 October 2017). Hong Kong moved ahead of Canada in the Group B standings due to a better Net Run Rate (NRR). It was Hong Kong\u2019s third consecutive win after a losing start.
\nNigeria\u2019s opening batsmen began well, taking the score to 30 for no wicket but two wickets fell at that score. Nigeria battled away to reach 81 for 8 wickets from the available 20 overs. Hong Kong opener Niazkat Khan clipped a quick 21 runs from 9 balls and Kinchit Shah clipped 25 from 10 balls.
