The Trust, as owner of the facility, recognizes that the priority and historical user of the facility to be Toronto &#038; District Cricket Association. The Toronto &#038; District Cricket Association has and continues to develop, invest, maintain, and play on the facility and has done so for 50 years. In fact the Toronto &#038; District Cricket Association originally purchased the facility in 1955 and owned it before transferring ownership to the Trust.<br \/>\nThe Trust does not recognize any user of the facility, other than by the Toronto &#038; District Cricket Association.<br \/>\nThis announcement is made in order to clarify the incorrect perception that the facility has been leased to another party.<br \/>\nSince the Trust must be party to any lease of the facility and it has not signed any such lease, any claims to the use of the facility, other than Toronto &#038; District Cricket Association, is without merit.<br \/>\nTrustees Maple Leaf Cricket Trust.<br \/>\nE.
