\nMohan (Mike) Kendall has been unanimously re-elected Ontario Cricket Association president for the next two-year term at its annual general meeting in Toronto this past weekend.
\nThis is for the third consecutive term that Kendall of Southern Ontario Cricket Association has been elected president. As many as nine out of 12 member leagues attended the AGM and unanimously elected seven executives. No one was nominated against the elected individual.

\nOther executives are: Ontario Valley Cricket Association’s Gulwant Bajwa, vice president; Toronto Cricket Alliance’s Melvin John, second vice president; Hamilton and District Cricket League’s Rupert Albert, third vice president; Toronto and District Cricket Association’s Musa Patel, fourth vice president; T&DCA’s Jim Persad, secretary; and Southern Ontario Cricket Association’s Saqib Sheikh, treasurer.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile the probe committee that was investigating the alleged irregularities in the T&DCA elections couldn’t come up with any conclusion and is still examining the situation. The decision has been deferred as the committee is still gathering information, said Kendall. He said it is up to the panel when and how it will announce the judgment. No deadline has been set. According to a source, the committee remained inconclusive because none of the summoned T&DCA executives showed up before the three-member panel.
\nLoan for fencing
\nA committee has been formed to draft, by the end of this week, terms and conditions attached to $110,000 interest-free loan for Maple Leaf Cricket Club for putting fence at the north side where neighbourhood is complaining about balls or person going into their properties.<\/p>\n
