The meeting was very well attended by the members as well as visitors. After an Executive meeting, the AGM was convened by the President Mike Kendall. The<br \/>\nroll call of all the delegates was taken that was followed by the items on the agenda. A very healthy and vibrant discussion took place and many new initiatives were looked upon and weighed, in the light of their viability and available finances.<br \/>\nThe current executive was dissolved and the elections for a new executive were undertaken.
