The anniversary will forever be etched in his mind.<br \/>\nAnsari led Emery Collegiate Institute to a series win over a team of university students in a three-match, 20-over cricket series that concluded on May 1, at the Remberto Navia sports field.<br \/>\n\u201cI have been playing the sport for about five years but this is the first competition I have been in since I came to Canada,\u201d said the 17-year-old.<br \/>\n\u201cI am so happy for the team and the character we showed in the matches. It feels good to be winners.\u201d<br \/>\nEmery won the last two games after the university side \u2013 comprising students attending York University, the University of Toronto and McMaster University &#8211; took the early lead.<br \/>\nIn the decisive match, both teams finished with 37 runs, resulting in a Super Over.
