Director and producer Stephen Lee-Chin explores cricket through the lives of two avid followers of the game in the Greater Toronto area. One is a new Canadian &#8211; Surinder Puri &#8211; and the other is Candian-born &#8211; Martin Fisher.<br \/>\nFisher\u2019s friends tend to be hockey-loving types, and he is often ridiculed for his passion for cricket. But this sets up the challenge as these friends are induced to try out the game of cricket with a final showdown of beer league hockey players from Brampton against cricketers.<br \/>\nThe film is part of OMNI\u2019s &#8220;Signature Series&#8221;. It is scheduled to air in the Greater Toronto area on OMNI 2 at 9 pm on Sunday evening. It is also due on OMNI at 9pm in Alberta but in the Vancouver area it is scheduled for a 10pm start on Sunday night.
