Patel was bowled by the second ball of the match then Kumar was caught behind in the same over- 2\/2 and both batsmen making ducks. Gunasekera at least got on the scoreboard but he became one of two more wickets fell in the 5th over, Raza-ur-Rehman making a 3-ball duck. van der Gugten had taken 4\/4. Hansra became the fourth Canadian not to trouble the scorers in the next over &#8211; Canada were 7\/5 and facing disaster. van der Gugten took his 5th wicket when Bagai was caught behind, and the Netherlands were into the tail, 10\/6. Daesrath and Junaid Siddiqui helped Canada avoid total embarrassment as they took the total to 44 before Siddiqui was caught. Kamayuka lasted 2 balls, and Baidwan 7; Daesrath was last man out with 31 out of 67.<\/p>\n<p>Gordon had Swart caught behind but with such a meagre target Canada needed several early wickets to stand a chance. These were not forthcoming as Netherlands raced towards an easy win led by Myburgh who reached his fifty and the win with a six. The one-sided loss is highly disappointing after signs of a Canadian resurgence in the first two matches of the tour.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>After two promising performances in the Intercontinental Cup and the first one-day match, Canada suffered an embarrassing loss to the Netherlands today.
