A portion of City Park in front of the Frontenac County Court House is still called Cricket Field even though it\u2019s long been transformed into baseball diamonds. But now, it appears the sport is making a comeback locally.<br \/>\n\u201cAll we want is a cricket pitch,\u201d said Mirza Ahmed, a local cricket player.Ahmed led a small delegation of cricket enthusiasts to council May 6, watching as their petition bearing more than 250 names asked the city for help to revive the historic game in Kingston.
