Their opening stand set Houston Stallions on course to a massive win over Falcons. Hamza Tariq was out first, caught for 64 runs scored off 36 balls, and Rizwan Cheema fell two balls later for 122 struck from 53 balls. Cheema’s dismissal brought in Dikshanshu Negi who thumped 51* from 20 balls as Houston Stallions reached the heady heights of 264\/6 from 20 overs.<br \/>\nThis target proved far too much for Falcons who stumbled to 74 all out after 14.5 overs. Falcons had won the toss and elected to field.<br \/>\nRiwan Cheema’s 122 was based on 12 boundaries and 9 sixes. Hamza Tariq struck 5 fours and 3 sixes in his 64. Both Cheema and Tariq were caught off the bowling of Abishek Shah who closed with 5 wickets for 42 runs from 4 overs.<br \/>\nNegi and Naraganan Prasad each took 3 wickets for 10 runs in Falcons innings. Trinidad and Tobago’s Samuel Badree bowled very economically when Falcons batted, taking 1 for 4 from 3 overs.
