Maybe because the ICC is controlling the spending of the CC and USACA? CC should send a u23 or something!

I'm actually looking forward to the next qualifier with Canada, Namibia, Nepal, UAE, Jersey, Italy, Uganda and Kuwait (maybe Hong Kong?). Some sort of exhibition games leading up to it will be good.

This article from June 6 says CC has 45 days to file a reform report with the ICC. 45 days from June 2 is I think July 16.

Maybe you’ve seen on FB that the Canada Cup u17 is happening this week in Surrey. I always wonder if it would be cheaper to have regional tournaments rather than a national.
