No Kirton. He’ll have to hitch his wagon to Canada and the TDCA for now at least. He had a good Challenge League scoring around 191 at an avg of around 64. The Super50 is missing a few top WI players. I’ve been looking for this for months and never found anything. Also no Kumar. He was one of the highest run scorers last year.

Indeed Guyanese/Canadian, Matthew Nandu is also not part of the Super50. However, he has been selected for the Guyana Amazon Warrior in the 2022 edition of the Caribbean Premier League. I still have hope he will end up with Canada in a few years. Although, if he is unable to make a career in the West Indies as a professional, he might follow Nitish Kumar and Nikhil Duttu to the U.S. professional circuit. We'll see.

Right now the WI has a u19 championship happening. There has been a Canadian team in this comp in the past. Another door has closed I guess. Therefore we need a u19 comp (several regional comps) in Canada. There were no AB v BC games this year for example.
