North America Cup
Re: North America Cup
There’s a Canadian umpire named Muhuntan Thetchanamurphy at this tournament. It seems yesterday was his international debut.
Re: North America Cup
If anyone happens to have the Fubo streaming service (rights holder for English Premier League Soccer in Canada), you also get access to a couple of Willow streams. It seems one of those streams is covering the North American Cup. I'll see if I can watch some.
Re: North America Cup
Bahamas 41 all out. Canada conceded 7 byes. That’s worrisome in a T20
Re: North America Cup
I think Canada made a very good strategic move today. The game was obviously not in doubt so they moved Samra from #3 up to #2. Nadeem was out early last game so this game he opened again and had a hit so that should be good for his confidence.
Re: North America Cup
Almost all the batters score double digits but still feels a little disappointing only one with a big score.
Re: North America Cup
Absolutely massive game today! Not the Can/USA game but the Cay/Bhm. The winner gets two more games the loser is out. That’s pressure. Caymans have it easily.
Re: North America Cup
Canada wins by 17 runs! It might have been better to lose and therefore play a stronger opponent in the semis in Bermuda. Now Canada will smash the Cayman Islands and then probably face the USA again. Good for international rankings.
Re: North America Cup
The games are on the Willow TV youtube channel. The pitch is shiny. You can see the batter’s and wicketkeeper’s reflection. There is a section called “The Dirty Dozens”. USA Cricket Support Club. I’m pretty sure I saw TimmyJ there

Re: North America Cup
Watching the scoreboard live, I was happy to see Canada scoring some runs but watching it, I can’t believe this is the best USA bowling unit.
Re: North America Cup
I thought a run a ball chase might be tricky for Canada but Dhaliwal and Nadeem took care of that. Movva back keeping.
