Who knew Africa had a rainy season? The first T20 abandoned unfortunately.

I think it’s fair to say that Canada and Namibia are evenly balanced teams.

^ And that is an improvement for Canada from the ease in which they were defeated by Namibia in the 2023 Qualifier Playoff.
Samra continues his run of good games. Johnson did not have a good day with bat or ball. Akhil Kumar was the pick of the bowlers. We'll have to see whether he can do this on a regular basis.

Really disappointing that so much of the tour to Zimbabwe and Namibia has been rain-affected. Opportunities to see how players perform in competitive situations have been lost.

Reduced to 13 overs.
42/7! We really don’t have power hitters. That’s why they don’t get gigs.

Not good that Canada chose to bat and this was the result. The captain has failed to perform in the matches that count. He has to improve.
Bad result but at least it was a set data points for the selectors to use in their future squad choices. The rained-out matches hurt.

Concerning that Canadian bowling was so ineffective in the final T20I. Only one biggish score from the batsmen, too. Even allowing for Canada's experimentation, it was not an encouraging outing in a larger tour that leaves many questions.
The team is still looking for new talent to eventually replace the aging veterans. Only Samra has been noteworthy to date.
Who is the national coach, anyway ? Haven't seen any CC announcement or even a passing mention regarding the coach since the last League 2 series in September.
