As per the Royal Gazette article linked on the main CanadaCricket.com site, Bermuda will host the tournament from August 15th to 25th.
The GT20 Canada ends on August 11th according to "Wickets".
Now Peter Della Penna tweets that the Caribbean Premier League will be played August 21 to September 27th.

So the Canadians playing in the GT20 will immediately head off to Bermuda at its conclusion. Assuming there will be still be a reserved spot for an Associate on each CPL squad, those players will have to miss training camp and the first few days of the CPL to play in the Americas qualifier final. If Canada or USA manage to wrap up a berth with games to spare we might see some players leave early.

Re: 2019 ICC Americas Regional T20 Qualifier final
Good to see the Shorts back in the picture. They've pretty much dropped off
the radar in international cricket (still don't understand why there's no Bermuda
women's team in the ICC Americas qualifier).
As for GT20...still no official announcement of 2019 dates on their website.
