A major housecleaning at national and provincial level would be in order. After all, the most destructive leadership in Cricket Canada history and rivaling the worst governance Associate cricket has ever suffered was voted in by provincial administrators. Will we get a clear message on what ICC expects of CC and what they are doing to meet ICC's demands?
