Canada lost to Leewards in what will be their final game in the Caribbean 20-20. Leewards made 161/2, thanks to half centuries from Hughes and Willet. Baidwan has been the best of the Canadian bowlers on the trip and again was economical bowling his 4 overs for 20 runs and one wicket. Patel hit 55 from 47 balls in Canada’s innings, well supported by Gunasekera (27) and Gordon (31*), but Canada could not manage the 8/ over run rate, falling 19 runs short with 7 wickets down. Overall Canada will be pleased by a competitive performance in the tournament.
