Shahid Afridi Cricket Club (SACC) secured a convincing win to celebrate their debut game against strong Centurions CC at Maple League Cricket Ground, Toronto, in the Elite Division of Toronto & District Cricket Association (TDCA) League, the biggest league in North America.

SACC scored 214 runs all out in 49.2 overs. Satsimranjit Dhinsa scored 34 with 3 towering sixes, Cecil Pervez 33 not out with 3 sixes, Danish Hanif 28; captain Rizwan Cheema scored a quickfire 21 with 2 huge sixes, Prushodh took 5-45. Cecil Pervez and Satsimranjit Singh added 70 runs in 51 balls for the 9th wicket.

Centurions CC collapsed after being a comfortable position of 113 for 4 in 28 overs; Jade P was looking dangerous with 66 runs before being caught behind of Ayub. Ayub Matadar (4 for 32) bowled a game changing spell and Centurions could not come back into the game after that – all out for 139 in 41 overs.
