Arvinder Khosa has arrived with a bat in one hand and a broom in the other.
The long-time cricket administrator from Surrey, B.C., is the new Cricket Canada president and he intends to clean up an organization that has gone through a rough spell. Although he takes charge of a dysfunctional body for only a few months before the annual general meeting he has mapped out his plans.
