Kaisoca Ladies and Superstars Ladies are set to meet in the first Toronto and District Cricket Association women’s final this coming Monday (September 5th), the Labour Day holiday in Canada. The match is scheduled as 40-overs per side with a 2pm start on one of the two lower grounds at Sunnybrook Park, Toronto.

The Kaisoca Ladies web-site contains some additional comments about this game. Kaisoca Ladies participated in the CIMA Toronto Mayor’s Trophy earlier this summer and provided a good write-up and supporting photos on their website about that event.

This has been the inaugural season for this women’s league. The two other teams in the 2011 league were Toronto Ladies and OCA Ladies. Let’s hope for some good weather and good cricket with best wishes to both teams.
