The Cricket Canada website indicates that Canada and the USA will be meeting on the cricket field at the Broward County International Cricket Ground in Florida, USA for the Auty Cup 2-day game, a 50-overs a side game and two T20 matches from November 14th until November 17th.
Whether the series starting date of November 14th, the birthday of HRH Prince Charles, was selected as a symbolic commemoration of peace, following the start of hostilities in North America in 1812 is not indicated. But the banner announcement of this series of games puts Cricket Canada ahead of the USA Cricket Association’s website, which notes details of the Auty Cup will come at some stage.
Anyway, at some stage we will learn of which games are on which date and hopefully the starting times of the games will also emerge. Then in 2013 Canada will be in action in the West Indies.
