Is big-time cricket headed to Toronto?

He has ideas but not all of the answers just yet, but Roy Singh can envision a day in the not-too-distant future when professional cricket teams with international superstars representing cities across Canada will play for a championship in Toronto.
His brainchild is the Canadian Premier League T20 — a professional cricket league with teams that have at least one and perhaps several well-known international stars as their drawing card along with home-grown players.
While his dream may not come to fruition, his idea begs the question: Is it time for Canada to have big-league cricket?
