The Brampton round of the Boys High School CIMA Mayor’s Schools Cricket Tournament has been scheduled for Wednesday May 22, 2013. Matches will be played at Louise Arbour and Harold Brathwaite grounds in the Flower City.
Louise Arbour, Sandalwood Heights and Judith Nyman Secondary Schools will play group matches at the Louise Arbour ground.
Two pitches are to be used at the Harold M. Brathwaite ground with two groups of three schools playing. North Park, Turner Fention and Heart Lake Secondary Schools compete on the East pitch, while Harold M. Brathwaite, David Suzuki and Central Peel Secondary Schools will play on the West pitch.
Four teams, headed by the group winners, then advance to the Brampton series semi-finals at the Harold M. Brathwaite ground with the winners of the two semi-finals then competing for the Brampton 2013 Boys High School CIBC Trophy.
The Greater Toronto Area championships will be decided at Sunnybrook Park, Toronto on June 1, 2013 where the champions from qualifiers in Brampton, Markham, Mississauga and Toronto will compete.
