Toronto Boys Middle Schools – East Division
The East Division qualifying round for Toronto Boys Middle Schools was played at Sunnybrook Park on Thursday May 15, 2014. Two groups of four school teams participated in the round-robin phase with the winning team from each group progressing to the East Division Final. J.S. Woodsworth and Mary Shadd each won all three group matches and advanced to the East Division Final.
J.S. Woodsworth Public School restricted Mary Public School to 38/2 from six overs and lead by 22 runs from opening bat Bavindu Adhihetty raced to a win by eight wickets after just 2.5 overs. Ajith scored 16 not out while Adhihetty bowled two economic overs that cost just 7 runs.

Smithfield beat West Humber Junior Middle School in the West Division playoff by 8 runs after losing to West Humber JMS by eight wickets in the round-robin stage. West Humber JMS had won all three group matches, Smithfield won two games but lost to West Humber JMS.
