Four Canadian teams are due to participate in the 2019 American College Cricket Nationals that begin this Wednesday (March 13, 2019) and continue through to Sunday (March 17, 2019). The 2019 Nationals has an overall entry of 34 universities and colleges. The Canadian participants are Humber College, McGill University, Ryerson University and Wilfrid Laurier University.
The tournament is taking place at Central Broward Regional Park, Broward County, Florida. The tournament will have live-scoring on CricClubs.com and there will be live-streaming of various matches.

American Colleges win latest series with Canadian College Cricket
This year marks the 175th anniversary of the first cricket international between the USA and Canada. This anniversary year has already been marked by a three game college series in January between American College Cricket and Canadian College Cricket. A return series will be played in Canada during May 2019.
In late January 2019, American College Cricket (ACC) won all three games against Canadian College Cricket (CCC) in a T20 series. The first game, on January 26, had a delayed start and was reduced to 16 overs per innings. ACC, lead by 60 from opening bat Neel Patel, reached 129/5 from 16 overs then CCC stumbled to 40 all out from 12 overs.
Next day saw ACC reach 150/0 from 20 overs with Neel Patel again prominent, scoring 72* with opening partner Kathik Vdayshkar making 66*. CCC made a much better showing with the bat in reaching 135/7 from 20 overs but lost by 15 runs. CCC opener Ansar Khan lead with 51.
CCC made 115/6 from 20 overs in the third and final game of this January 2019 series and made ACC battle for the runs. Anees Saeed captured 3 wickets for 16 runs from 4 overs but ACC reached a winning 116/6 after 18.2 overs. Ansar Khan top-scored for CCC with 28 while Neel Patel again topped the individual scoring for ACC with 47 runs.
