No place for USA and Canada in West Indies Super 50

The USA and Canada men’s teams will not be featuring in this year’s Regional Super50 Cup; the West Indies premier 50-over tournament. Alongside the two national sides, the West Indies Emerging players squad, who are the defending champions, will also not be taking part which means the side will not compete for back to back titles.
The team’s cutting means that the tournament reverts to its original form with the regions six leading franchises taking part; Jamaica Scorpions, Trinidad and Tobago Red Force, Guyana Volcanoes, Barbados Pride, Leeward Island Volcanoes and the Windward Island Hurricanes.
