Members of the Parkdale Cricket Club pictured after today’s funeral (July 25) for Mr. Pandit Basdeo Maharaj at the Benisasia Funeral Home on Queent St West, Toronto. He will be remembered by some in the international cricketing community for his efforts in recent times running the Maple Leaf Cricket grounds, King City, Ontario. He served the game in the true spirit of the game. “May light perpetual shine upon his soul and his memory.”
