The CIMA Toronto Mayor’s Schools cricket tournament is set to roll on Monday (May 14) with teams competing for the CIBC Trophy in three separate sections: Boy’s High Schools; Girls High Schools; and Boys Middle Schools. There are twenty-four schools competing in the Boy’s High Schools section, four teams in the Girls High Schools section, and twelve schools in the Boy’s Middle Schools section. The finals are scheduled for June 2 at Sunnybrook Park.
Monday’s matches feature the Girls High Schools playing at Eglinton Flats and Boys High School matches at Sunnybrook Park. Matches are due to begin at 9am , 11am and 1pm. The Boys Middle Schools section begins on Tuesday (May 15) with games at Eglinton Flats. Boys High School games continue at Sunnybrook Park.
