Halton Warriors won the Hamilton District Cricket League Premier Division and Hawaiian Arctic won the Scarborough Cricket Association’s Premier Division in championships decided during this past Thanksgiving weekend in Ontario. The Second Division championship for the Hamilton DCL was captured by St Catharines B team and Ahmediyya won the Toronto and District Cricket Association’s Division 2 championship.
The finals of the Scarborough Cricket Association First and Second Division championships are scheduled for this coming Saturday (October 13th) at the Ellesmere Reservoir Park (intersection of Ellesmere and Neilson), Scarborough, Ontario. Kokuvil Sports Club are due to meet TP Tigers in the Division One championship. Hawaiian Arctic “B” team are to play East-West “B” team in the Division Two championship. Matches are due to start at 11am. Sunday (October 14th) is the reserve day for these games should the weather interfere with cricket playing on Saturday.
