BC U19 v Alberta U19’s in April’s Jack Kyle Cup

British Columbia Under-19s will face Alberta Under-19’s in one 50 over and two T20 games with the Jack Kyle Cup at stake on April 25 and 26, 2015 in Stanley Park, Vancouver. These games provide a platform to see junior talent and for participating players to prepare for higher quality cricket, according to a posting on the Cricket BC website.
Cricket BC was to run training camps on the weekends of April 2 & 3 and April 9-10 at Sullivan Heights, Surrey, B.C. for players hoping to gain one of the 14 spots in the BC team.  Kulbir Jaswal has been named coach of the BC U19 team.
A pre-season T20 cricket tournament, run by the British Columbia Mainland Cricket League (BCMCL) has been underway since late March with semi-finals and finals in the two divisions scheduled for this coming weekend of April 18 & 19, 2015.
