“You are probably aware that the ICC is proposing to reduce the number of participating teams in the 2015 World Cup to just ten. We at CricketEurope (www.cricketeurope.com) believe that this will have dreadful consequences for Associates and Affiliates Cricket and have been publishing various articles which try to make our case. We are also running an online petition in an effort to show the ICC that there is widespread opposition, not just in Associate and Affiliate countries, but throughout the world.
