While most of the country is playing or practicing indoors, Vancouver cricket is starting outdoor play. From the BC Mainland Cricket League site:-

The BCMCL is pleased to announce the BCMCL Pre-Season T20 Tournament. Sponsored by Salim Akbar cricket club in loving memory of Salim Akbar. The tournament will be start on Saturday March 19,2016, Details regarding the team registrations have been emailed to the clubs already.
The BCMCL Pre-Season T20 Tournament schedule has now been posted on the BCMCL website and the tournament rules will be made available closer to the tournament start date.”
