Cricket Canada will be holding a high performance camp in Toronto for players and coaches over the next two weeks. The camps will be led by the Director of Cricket Canada HP Academy, Zubin Bharucha. The first week focusses on players and coaches from Ontario, and the second week those from other provinces. The focus is on identifying and evaluating players not currently in the high performance programmes. Many of these were evaluated by selectors in recent inter-provincial and national U19 tournaments as having the potential to represent Canada in the future if provided with support and coaching. Those asked to attend from a coaching perspective will be expected to work with these players regionally year round. It is understood that on-field sessions will be held at Maple Leaf CC in King City.
