Twelve young men are about to embark on the trip of a lifetime, representing Toronto in England for the sixth annual Cricket Across the Pond program. The members of the 2013 CIMA Toronto Mayor’s Cricket Team were announced at Thorncliffe Park’s RV Burgess Park.
The players were selected from more than 500 applicants, to represent the best of the best in the GTA, in cricket, character and composure.
They will soon travel to the United Kingdom, where they will face off against the London Mayor’s Cricket Team in London, England July 18.
