An event is listed on the Cricket PEI calendar, which is presumably a game and ties in with the Canadian Confederation commemorations that date back 150 years to an initial meeting in Charlottetown, PEI. The Shamrocks recently beat the Terra Novas by 25 runs to conclude and win the 2014 outdoor cricket championship in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Shamrocks won six games and lost twice in the eleven game championship series against the Terra Novas.
