Centurions

Centurions beat Limers Lords by 132 runs in Saturday’s semi-final playoff between the two conference winners of the 2014 Toronto and District Cricket Association Elite Division. Brampton Masters Tranzac beat Mississauga Ramblers by 121 runs in the playoff eliminator between the second-placed teams in each conference.

Limers Lords and Brampton Masters Tranzac are now scheduled to meet in Sunday’s second semi-final at Maple Leaf Cricket Club, King City, Ontario. The winning team from this second semi-final will play Centurions in the Elite Division Final.
Both Elite Division playoff games had delayed starts. The full 50 overs per side was played in the Centurions-Limers Lords game on the south-east pitch at Maple Leaf CC. Limers Lords The Brampton Masters Tranzac-Mississauga Ramblers game began later on the north-east pitch and was reduced to 44 overs per side.

Limers Lords had a depleted team and fielded only ten players against Centurions.
